HL Deb 01 August 1951 vol 173 c241WA
LORD TEYNHAM

asked His Majesty's Government if they will consider a review of the recommendations of the Inskip Committee of 1937 with the main object of providing long-term career prospects for naval aviators either by transfer for a period, or permanently, to the Royal Air Force for coastal reconnaissance duty.

THE FIRST LORD OF THE ADMIRALTY (LORD PAKENHAM)

I am giving close attention to all problems affecting the provision of improved career prospects for naval aviators.
