§ Mr. CallaghanMany officers have volunteered and I hope that in the main our needs will be met from this source. Although it was always intended that the ratings needed should be obtained by calling up members of the Royal Fleet Reserve, I am glad to say that a considerable number of these reservists have also volunteered.
