HC Deb 19 April 1951 vol 486 cc178-9W
37. Mr. Morley

asked the Minister of Health when he estimates that a sufficient number of bone conduction hearing aids will be in production to meet the needs.

Mr. Marquand

I would refer my hon. Friend to the answer given to the hon. Member for Morecambe and Lonsdale (Sir I. Fraser) on 12th April.

Mr. Hopkinson

asked the Minister of Health whether he is aware that Miss A. M. Stephens, 47, Portman Street, Taunton, has been registered for an ear aid since August, 1949; and when she may expect to receive it.

Mr. Marquand

Yes; but I regret that her turn is not likely to come for some time.
