§ Mr. Granvilleasked the Minister of Agriculture whether, in view of the delay in the sowing of this year's harvest caused by the wet weather, he will take the necessary steps to ensure that there is an adequate supply of cereals for feeding purposes, in the event of the harvest being seriously below last year's yield.
