Mr. B. TaylorThe period of a Seasonal Worker's off-season is decided by the Statutory authorities on the facts of each case, and stated on the notice of disallowance. Following the end of the off-season, payment of benefit will be made without special application to those still unemployed.
§ 96. Mr. Dyeasked the Minister of National Insurance how many women farm workers registered at the Downham Market employment exchange during the past winter have been classified as seasonal workers and have been refused benefit; and how many have been allowed benefit.
