Grimstonasked the Minister of Education what representations he has made to the British Transport Commission about the suspension from 1st October of cheap evening fares from Welwyn Garden City to London, in view of the difficulty this will impose on students attending night classes in London.
§ Mr. TomlinsonNone. This is a matter for the British Transport Commission, to whose attention it has already been drawn. I will, however, look into the matter and consider whether there is any action that I can appropriately take.
