§ Mr. Llewellynasked the Attorney-General whether he is aware of the anxiety prevailing in Cardiff, resulting both from the Government's failure to introduce any measure of leasehold reform and from the declared opposition to 377W enfranchisement of the Government Departments which gave evidence before the Leasehold Committee; and what steps the Government propose taking to reform the cruel leasehold system forthwith.
