§ 88. Commander Nobleasked the President of the Board of Trade what steps have been taken to impose an effective control on the transhipment of strategic items such as molybdenum originally exported to the United Kingdom.
Mr. H. WilsonI informed the hon. Member in reply to his Question on 18th September that steps had been taken by the Governments concerned to make control in the country of origin, where the first responsibility lies, as effective as 329W possible. I am not yet in a position to make a statement about the control of transhipment.
