§ Mr. de FreitasA description with ilustrations of the special instruments for detecting delayed radio-activity if it should be present, after an atomic explosion has been published in Chapter III of the Home Office Civil Defence Pamphlet No. 6. I am sending the hon. Member a copy. Arrangements are being made for the production of these instruments, but my right hon. Friend is not prepared to disclose details of the programme.
