§ LORD LUCAS OF CHILWORTHThe re-planning of the road system to which the noble Lord refers, which is now under consideration by the highway authorities, will form part of the development plan due to be submitted to the Minister of Town and Country Planning not later than July 1, 1951. The commencement of any road schemes for which the plan provides will depend on economic and financial considerations.
