§ Mr. Ness EdwardsThe wavelength 285.2 metres, frequency 1,052 kilocycles per second, is allocated by the Copenhagen Plan for shared use by the United Kingdom, Libya, and the Roumanian People's Republic. I have made representations to the Roumanian Administration and am awaiting their reply.
