§ 62. Mr. Parkerasked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs when Mr. George Dace, who is still detained in a French prison, is likely to be released.
§ Mr. Ernest DaviesMr. Dace became eligible to apply for conditional release on 28th August. This is subject to the condition that a decision should first have been reached regarding the issue of an expulsion order against the prisoner. A decision in regard to such an order is, I understand, likely to be reached in the near future.
