§ Mr. Ernest DaviesAs regards the first part of the question, I have nothing to add to what I said on 1st November in the course of the Debate on the Address. As regards the second part, His Majesty's Chargé d'Affaires is in a position to make representations to the Central People's Government and can therefore bring His Majesty's Government's views to that Government's attention.
