§ 116. Lieut.- Commander Hutchisonasked the Minister of Pensions if he will grant pensions to the widows of disabled ex-Service men of the 1914–18 war in cases where the marriage took place after the disablement of the husband and his death occurred prior to 3rd September, 1939.
§ Mr. MarquandThis matter has been considered on many occasions. The Government regret that they are unable to give further retrospective effect to the change which they introduced in 1946.
