Denis Keen, opticians, inform a resident of Bocking, Essex, that his Department left it to the optical workshops and wholesalers to arrange a scheme of priority for the supply of spectacles and that this scheme has not worked; and if he will endeavour to secure the more efficient operation of the scheme.
