§ 94. Sir J. Lucasasked the Parliamentary Secretary to the Admiralty whether he is aware that no further communication has yet been made to the Institution of Professional Civil Servants, with regard to the conditions of certain staffs in Admiralty Yardcraft Service since his statement on this subject on 7th December last; and whether he will now make a statement with regard to this matter.
