The matter has been discussed with the Government of the United States who, while they are unable to modify the immigration laws which apply to British Virgin Islanders258W wishing to visit the American Virgin Islands, are considering what can be done to make access to an American vice-consul easier for British Virgin Islanders who wish to apply for United States visas.
