asked His Majesty's Government whether in view of their desire to help the working populations of marginal hill farms, they will take instant action to restore—through His Majesty's Post Office—the postal and carrier service. that has functioned so satisfactorily in the Valleys of Ettrick and Tima for the past forty years.
