§ Mr. DaltonFor houses so far completed, a two-bedroomed house £1,113; a three-bedroomed £1,447; a four-bedroomed £1,638. According to the Girdwood Committee's Report the cost of the average size traditional three-bedroomed house completed in October, 1949, was £1,321.
