§ Mr. WebbI am afraid my answer must inevitably be "No." Seasonal allowances are given for a number of farming tasks which usually have to be completed under pressure of time and weather. I cannot add to the fist—which is already a wide one—without at once arousing further demands from other sections of the industry who feel their claim to extra allowances of food to be as strong as those employed in silage making.
