§ 74. Mr. Kaberryasked the Financial Secretary to the Treasury what is the present value in purchasing power, compared with the value as on 1st January, 1926, of the £1,000 receivable by the surviving spouse on intestacy under the provisions of the Administration of Estates Act, 1925.
