§ Mr. RhodesI have no information about the current rate of local authorities' collections, but statistics from the mills indicate that with the present rate of consumption, receipts from all sources are insufficient to prevent a fall in the level of stocks held by mills. I hope that this situation will correct itself as the increased pressure of demand makes itself felt.
