§ Mr. Hurdasked the Minister of Agriculture if he is aware of the difficulties arising from the security of tenure provisions of Part III of the Agriculture Act, 1947; and if he will consult with the representative organisations of landowners, tenant farmers and land agents to consider what changes in the law are desirable in the interests of good husbandry.
