§ Mr. A. HendersonFinancial assistance to enable owners of civil aerodromes to repair and maintain runways and service roads constructed during a period of requisition is limited to compensation due in accordance with the Compensation (Defence) Act, 1939, as amended by Section 10 of the Requisitioned Land and War Works Act, 1948.
