Mr. Turtonasked the Secretary of State for War whether he is aware that the Navy, Army and Air Force Institutes prices for butter and bread in Hamburg are at present 3s. 3½d. per lb., and 6d. per lb., respectively; and what steps he is taking to see that Service personnel are not being overcharged by Navy, Army and Air Force Institutes in Germany.
