§ Mr. P. Noel-BakerThe responsibility for co-ordinating the programmes of area electricity boards rests with the British Electricity Authority. My responsibility in regard to the electricity investment programme is a general one; I am in continuous consultation with the British Electricity Authority, and I now await the Authority's conclusions resulting from their consultations with the area boards.
