§ 77. Mr. Russellasked the President of the Board of Trade what steps he has taken with regard to the proposal put forward by the Italian Government for the establishment of a preferential tariff area among the Organisation for European Economic Co-operation group of countries.
Mr. H. WilsonIt would be premature to form any judgment on this proposal until the Organisation for European Economic Co-operation have completed the full examination they are currently giving to it and to other proposals for closer European integration.
