Mr. McNeilThere may be some shortage of home-grown feed this winter in those areas most affected by the bad238W harvest. Where necessary the seasonal allocations of supplementary feedingstuffs which have already been made to agricultural executive committees for discretionary use to assist farmers in real need are being augmented.
