§ Mr. P. Noel-BakerI have received representations about the proposal to prospect for opencast coal in the Cord-well Valley from three local authorities, ten local societies and a number of business firms and residents in the area. Some of the societies also wrote to hon. Members, nine of whom have written to me about it.
