Mellorasked the Financial Secretary to the Treasury why His Majesty's Stationery Office has been unable to supply to the public, or to the Vote Office, copies of the draft regulations entitled the Hyde Park Regulations, 1950, a copy of which was laid before the House of Commons on 1st November, 1950, printed by them.
§ Mr. JayDraft Statutory Instruments are published and supplied to the Vote Office only at the request of the rule-making authority. In this case no such request was made.
