§ 35. Mr. Nigel Daviesasked the Minister of Health whether, in order to ensure adequate training and fair opportunities for doctors seeking to become specialists, he will arrange for a transfer system whereby registrars of non-teaching hospitals spend a portion of their training period at teaching hospitals, and whereby registrars at teaching hospitals spend a proportion of their time at non-teaching hospitals.
