§ Mr. P. Noel-BakerTotal distributed stocks of coal on 1st October, 1950, were 14,630,000 tons; at the corresponding date in 1949, they were 15,933,000 tons. It would not be in the public interest to disclose information about the stocks of gas oil and other petroleum products. The total make of gas at gasworks was 469,994 million cubic feet in the 52 weeks which ended on 1st October, 1950; it was 455,126 million cubic feet in the 52 weeks-which ended on 1st October, 1949.
