Mr. Vaughan-Morganasked the Minister of Works why his Department have not yet vacated the two stores on the ground floor of the Old Brewery, Link-field Corner, Redhill, Surrey, which they 17W hold on a retention order and to vacate which by the middle of November a promise was given in their letter of 19th September, 1950, to the owners.
§ Mr. StokesThe two stores have not yet been vacated because the alternative accommodation is not ready. I hope that the work will be complete early in December. No promise was given that the stores would be vacated by mid-November.
