Mr. T. WilliamsThe Cheshire Agricultural Executive Committee employ a staff of 209, of whom 130 are stationed at Berkeley Towers, Crewe. The County of Chester has 9,923 farms of over one acre, comprising 475,952 acres under crops and grass; 2,611 farms have been inspected during the past 12 months in addition to visits paid to farms for advisory and other purposes.
