Hutchinsonasked the Minister of Health the number of cases in which he has confirmed compulsory purchase orders, made in respect of premises occupied by their owners, in which the assessment of compensation has excluded, or will exclude, any element of value for vacant possession, in accordance with the Town and Country Planning Act, 1947.
