Lieut. - Commander Hutchisonasked the Minister of Food if he will revise the price structure for flour confectionery so as to restore to customers the right to purchase individual items of foodstuffs, and thus end the practice whereby the purchase of a made up assortment of goods, such as cakes, can be made obligatory by a trading concern.
§ Mr. WebbThe public already has complete freedom to buy whatever flour confectionery may be offered for sale, whether individual cakes or pre-packed assortments.
