§ Mr. Ernest DaviesI stated in my reply to the hon. Member for Lewes (Major Beamish) on 13th March that the Soviet Distributing Agency had informed His Majesty's Embassy in Moscow that the circulation of "British Ally" had fallen from 47,000 to 30,000 copies a week. We100W are now informed by the Soviet agency that the circulation of "British Ally" fell during January to 15,000 copies a week. The total staff of "British Ally" in Moscow is 21, of whom six are British subjects.
