§ 80. Sir D. Robertsonasked the Parliamentary Secretary to the Admiralty why William Cowie, fisherman, Helms-dale, has been rejected by the naval interviewing officer for service with the Royal Navy, and has been called up for the Army, in view of his obvious fitness for the Navy and his long family tradition of naval service and sacrifice.
