Graham-Littleasked the Minister of Transport if he is aware that, since he announced his decision to install traffic lights, a woman was knocked down and killed at the junction of Medway Parade and Western Avenue; that on representations being made to the police, the answer was given that there were no officers to carry out adequate supervision as undertaken by him; and if he will make arrangements to have proper police control at this point until traffic lights are installed.
