§ Mr. Rees-WilliamsNegotiations have been in progress since the spring of 1948 between His Majesty's Government in the United Kingdom, the Government of the United States, and the Government of the Bahamas, for the establishment of a range 91W for testing guided missiles in the neighbourhood of the Bahamas. These negotiations are not yet completed. British sovereignty in the Bahamas is in no way violated by the proposed agreement.
