§ Mr. SilkinThe question of development in the area known as Six Marshes is a matter for the local planning authority, Lincolnshire (Lindsey) County Council. I am satisfied that the County Council are fully aware of the damage to property caused by recent flooding and that they will take this factor into account when preparing their Development Plan and when considering any applications which may, in the meanwhile, be made to them for further building.
