asked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs to what extent the rights of the Consolidated Refineries Company to refine Iraq oil at Haifa have been curtailed by the action of the Israeli Government; and if he will make a statement.

As far as I am aware, the Israeli Government have done nothing to curtail the rights of the Consolidated Refineries Company to refine Iraq oil at Haifa.
