§ Sir Waldron Smithersasked the Attorney-General if in view of the terms of Section 1 of the Incitement to Disaffection Act, 1934, he will institute legal proceedings against the Communists in Britain who, simultaneously with Communists in eight other countries, have announced their intention to sabotage defence measures and to sell Britain to Russia.
