Wallace of 24, Hyland Close, Hornchurch, Romford, Essex, and Mr. le Page, of 2s, Grays Farm Road, St. Pauls Cray, Kent, who have been unable to obtain benefit after an accident; and if he will explain the cause of the delay and the discourteous treatment meted out to Mr. Wallace.
