§ Mr. J. GriffithsYes. Its recommendations, which I am accepting, are embodied in regulations which, together with the report, are being laid before the House immediately. This report completes the Committee's consideration of the question of overlapping benefits, and I should like to take this opportunity of paying tribute to them for the careful and thorough way in which they have dealt with a very difficult problem.
