§ Mr. A. Edward Daviesasked the Minister of Transport what additional period he has allowed to the Transport Commission to complete the draft of charges scheme relating to the services and facilities provided by the Commission as required under Section 76 of the Transport Act. 1947.
§ Mr. BarnesIn exercise of my powers under Section 76 of the Transport Act, 1947, I have this week allowed the Commission a period of four years from the passing of the Act, i.e., an additional period of two years, for the preparation and submission to the Transport Tribunal of their draft charges schemes.
