§ Mr. TomlinsonI would refer the hon. Member to the answer which I gave the hon. Member for West Wolverhampton (Mr. H. D. Hughes) on 2nd June. This Council has been set up to give continuing advice in the light of changing28W circumstances, whereas the McNair Committee was asked to make a single report based on information available at the time when it was sitting.
