§ 116. Mr. Blackburn
asked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs if he will make a statement setting out the precise 205W details of the proposed arrangements for the exchange of students and professors between British and American universities under the Fulbright Act.
The detailed planning of the arrangements for the exchange of students and professors under the Fulbright Act is not in the hands of this Department, but is carried out by the United States Educational Commission in the United Kingdom which consists of seven British and seven American members.
