Foxasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether he is aware that the British delegation leaving for the Argentine this week for trade negotiations contains experts from the Treasury, the Board of Trade, the Ministry of Supply, the Ministry of Food and the Bank of England but none from the Ministry of Agriculture; and whether he will make arrangements for this deficiency to be remedied.
§ Mr. JayYes. But the negotiations are to be conducted by the Ambassador and as the Embassy staff includes an Agricultural Attaché, an expert from the Ministry of Agriculture is not thought to be necessary.
