§ Mr. KingThe first point is a matter for the City Council, and I know that they have it much in mind. On the second, no application has come before my right hon. Friend and he has issued no sanction. I understand, however, that the Y.M.C.A., Cardiff, made an application to the Parks Committee of the Council to use Ely Park Racecourse for grass-track motor cycle racing on Easter Monday next, and that this application has been refused.
